Website use and eligibility
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter a contract and provide accurate information.
Products and information
We aim to describe products accurately using available verified information. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Product dimensions, materials, compatibility, contents, care and safety information shown on a product page form part of the product information and should be reviewed before purchase.
Pricing and availability
Prices are displayed in GBP (£). The price and availability shown at checkout apply when the order is submitted. We may correct genuine errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and will not substitute or charge a different amount without an appropriate basis.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, payment is not authorised or an obvious error exists. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be returned to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment is processed through the methods actually displayed in Shopify checkout. Customers see the total charge before completing payment. See our Payment Policy for further details.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free. Handling takes 1–2 business days, transit takes 2–3 business days and the total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Full terms are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Eligible defective and non-defective items may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted, return labels are free and there is no restocking fee. Refund processing may take up to 14 days after receipt and approval. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the procedure and statutory cancellation rights.
Product use and safety
Products must be assembled, installed, used, maintained and stored according to the manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidance. Outdoor cooking appliances must be used only in their intended environment with appropriate ventilation and supervision. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights relating to unsafe, faulty or misdescribed goods.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website text, Bambiqa branding and site design are owned by or licensed to PLANCHA BBQ UK LTD. Third-party product names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce protected material without permission except as allowed by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material effects.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to them.
