Available payment methods
Customers may use only the payment methods displayed as available in Shopify checkout at the time of purchase. We do not promise support for a particular card brand, wallet or payment service unless it is shown in checkout.
Payment processing
Payments are collected through the payment providers configured in Shopify checkout. The final order total is displayed before the customer completes payment. Depending on the selected provider, security checks or additional authentication may be required.
Failed or declined payments
A payment may be declined by the payment provider or issuing bank. We cannot override a decline. Check the payment information, contact the provider or use another method displayed in checkout.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process eligible refunds within the timeframe stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy. A bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
