This policy explains delivery for orders placed with Bambiqa.
Delivery area and cost
We deliver to customer addresses in the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. We do not currently offer international delivery.
Order cut-off and handling
Our daily order cut-off is 12:00 AM (midnight), London time. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Handling days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Transit and estimated delivery
Transit normally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Carrier delivery may take place Monday to Saturday where applicable. The total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the order date.
For this policy, a business day is Monday to Friday and excludes UK public holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Dispatch and tracking
We will send a dispatch confirmation when an order leaves for delivery. Tracking information will be included where tracking is available for the shipment. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, transport disruption, unusually high carrier volumes or events outside our reasonable control may cause delay. If an order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact us so we can investigate.
Delivery address and order changes
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail needs changing. We can only make changes before dispatch and cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a parcel appears lost, or the outer package or item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and, for damage, clear photographs where possible. We will investigate and explain the available resolution.
